We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We take data privacy seriously. Uploaded documents are automatically and permanently deleted within 2 hours of your comparison completing — for all account types, including Free and Pro. We do not retain your documents beyond this window.

Account metadata (email, comparison history references, usage statistics) is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request full account deletion at any time by contacting us at info@astartes.tech.

5a. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate POCsheet:

Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Clerk — Authentication and user management.
Vercel — Hosting, analytics (Vercel Analytics), and performance monitoring (Speed Insights). Vercel Analytics collects anonymised usage data.
Convex — Database and backend infrastructure.
DeepSeek / OpenAI-compatible API — AI document analysis. Document content is transmitted to this service for processing and is not retained by the sub-processor after the request completes.
TrustViews — Social proof widget. Subject to TrustViews' own privacy policy.
