2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use POCsheet for personal or commercial document comparison purposes. This license does not include:

• Reselling or sublicensing the service
• Using the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Removing copyright or proprietary notations

3. Credits and Payments

POCsheet operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable and expire according to the terms of your purchased credit pack. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the comparison service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use POCsheet:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit harmful or malicious code
• To infringe on intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

POCsheet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
