Authentication
We use Clerk for secure authentication with industry-standard protocols. All sessions are protected and can be revoked at any time.
Data Access
Only you can access your documents and comparisons. Our team cannot view your content without explicit permission.
Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and Convex, both SOC 2 compliant platforms with robust security measures.
Data Retention
We retain your data according to your account type:
- Free accounts: Documents and comparisons are retained for 30 days
- Paid accounts: Data retention depends on your credit pack terms
- You can delete your data at any time from your dashboard
Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full payment card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
